A long-running Odoo user whose payroll setup had outgrown what it could handle — upgraded to Odoo 18 with the HRM and payroll capacity to match where the business is headed.
Braam Flowers PLC, based in Ziway, has run on Odoo for roughly ten years, originally implemented by a different developer. Over that time the farm's operations and headcount grew — and the existing payroll configuration reached a point where it could no longer keep up with the business's needs.
Rather than replace the platform, Braam Flowers came to AddisERP to bring the system forward: upgrade to the current version of Odoo and extend it with the payroll capability their scale now required.
